    Acquiring - and maintaining - consistent profitability and timeliness in your project pipeline doesn't occur by accident. Misdirection, emergencies, and dependencies are an inevitability; some can be planned for - some cannot. Many organizations attempt to solve these issues by throwing people at the problem; it doesn't work. 20th-century approaches to project development simply cannot iterate, adapt, or innovate with the 21st-century's pace of communication.

    I'm a strong advocate and practitioner of agile, a defined set of development principles that enable teams to mitigate risk, reduce budget waste, rapidly iterate, and enable true start-to-finish collaboration between engineering, creative, and account teams.

     

    Liberating your people from isolated project silos in this way allows them facilitates adaptation to change with ease - and results in happier clients, happier teams, and better work.

    In order to daily approach complex problems with fresh eyes and viewpoints, one must be able to rapidly change the context of one's perspective. I'm an anti-boxthinker, prefer to juxtapose rather than contradict, and enjoy making metaphorical lemonade out of spilled milk. I’m also a painter, aspiring farmer, and composer - the diversity of creative process is my lifeblood, and I love encouraging others to explore their own.
